Gender Orientation.
You might not have known this, but a lot of non-living objects are actually either male or female!
Here are some examples:
FREEZER BAGS:
They are male, because they hold everything in, but you can see right through them.
PHOTOCOPIERS:
These are female, because once turned off; it takes a while to warm them up again.
They are an effective reproductive device if the right buttons are pushed, but can also wreak havoc if you push the wrong buttons.
TIRES:
Tires are male, because they go bald easily and are often over inflated.
HOT AIR BALLOONS:
Also a male object, because to get them to go anywhere, you have to light a fire under their butt.
SPONGES:
These are female, because they are soft, squeezable and retain water.
WEB PAGES:
Female, because they're constantly being looked at and frequently getting hit on.
TRAINS:
Definitely male, because they always use the same old lines for picking up people.
EGG TIMERS:
Egg timers are female because, over time, all the weight shifts to the bottom.
HAMMERS:
Male, because in the last 5000 years, they've hardly changed at all, and are occasionally handy to have around.
THE REMOTE CONTROL:
Female. Ha! You probably thought it would be male, but consider this: It easily gives a man pleasure, he'd be lost without it, and while he doesn't always know which buttons to push, he just keeps trying.

Bragging

When you do something for someone, never brag about it.The feelings are always reciprocated. And never make a mistake of taking people for granted. There is always give and take in any relationship. If you brag about how much you have done for someone, the value of whatever you have done depreciates.Life is very short.Dont break relationships over trivial issues like you have done so much etc and see how ungrateful that person is.In any way, that person must have also reciprocated your love. But When anger blinds you.all focus on what they have done for people ,not what they have got. Then in this world of kalyug, they start breaking their friendships and also the friends who the other person gets along with. There is no word like forgiveness, love, compassion in that person's heart.

My unreal friend
My unreal friend
© Jessica A. Lamb
It is not fair I have to live this way
whenever I went to her house it was either her way or the highway
when the rest of her friends come over she always left me behind
why can’t we all just combine?
Friends are supposed to treat friends equally
this is just not fair, one day I will not be there
She better beware because next time I am there I am going to give her a piece of my mind I always let her rule me I guess I was too shy
But this time I won't let her be a wise guy
friend why do you do this to me I never did anything wrong
I guess in your mind I don’t belong
just remember I was true A true friend always to you
But I guess we didn’t blend
I’m sorry friend But this is the end I guess I never was your best friend.Betrayed Poems, My unreal friend by Jessica A. Lamb

Subject: Can you hear me ?.......TOO GOOD
Subject: Can you hear me ?.......TOO GOOD
A man feared his wife wasn't hearing as well as she used to and he
thought she might need a hearing aid. Not quite sure how to approach
her, he called the family Doctor to discuss the problem. The Doctor
told him there is a simple informal test the husband could perform to
give the Doctor a better idea about her hearing loss.
Here's what you do," said the Doctor, "stand about 40 feet away from
her, and in a normal conversational speaking tone see if she hears
you. If not, go to 30 feet, then 20 feet, and so on until you get a
response."
That evening, the wife is in the kitchen cooking dinner, and he was in
the den. He says to himself, "I'm about 40 feet away, let's see what
happens." Then in a normal tone he asks, 'Honey, what's for dinner?"
No response.
So the husband moves to closer to the kitchen, about 30 feet from his
wife and repeats, "Honey, what's for dinner?"
Still no response.
Next he moves into the dining room where he is about 20 feet from his
wife and asks, Honey, what's for dinner?"
Again he gets no response so,
He walks up to the kitchen door, about 10 feet away. "Honey, what's
for dinner?"
Again there is no response.
So he walks right up behind her. "Honey, what's for dinner?"

"James, for the FIFTH time Im telling you, "ITS CHICKEN!"
Moral of the story: The problem may not be with the other person as we always think,
could be very much within us..!

Therapy for Cervical Spondylitis
Therapy for Cervical Spondylitis
The spinal cord is an integral part of the Nervous System and is directly correlated to our health. Nerves branched out through out the body are connected with the spinal cord. Dysfunction in various organs is often a manifestation of disorder in the spinal cord. Regular asanas and exercises help in maintenance of a flexible backbone
Acharya Vikrmaditya
Today,we look at Manipur Chakra Asana of the Sapt Chakra Kriya, which is extremely beneficial for those with Cervical Spondylitis.
Method
Lie straight on the floor as shown in the picture
Lift the heel of one leg and place it between the right toe and finger of the other leg.
Keep the foot straight
Lift the arms and spread them above the head as shown in the picture
Now turn the head in the direction of the leg that has been lifted
The shoulders should lie flat on the floor
Again turn the foot in the opposite direction as shown in the second picture with the head turned in the opposite direction
The asana should be such so as to twist the body but feel relaxed
Repeat the exercise in the opposite direction
Timings
Time for this asana is one or two minutes
This exercise is to be repeated on both the left and right side for few minutes
Benefits
The spinal cord, already affected by the first two exercises, would be better-affected manifold following this asana
The third exercise also addresses navel disorders
This massages the whole length of the spinal cord
Precautions
Jerks and unbearable strains should be avoided
People suffering from lumbar spondylitis and muscle pull should consult the doctor first
